HFM clustering not working for FR reports -

Hello HFM experts.

Our version is 11.1.2.2.500 .We have HFM cluster with 3 HFM servers in it. After analysing our HFM task Audit , we observed that  that when users run FR reports ,all the requests are getting directed to one particular HFM server causing performance issues during peak loads . Can anyone suggest what may be wrong ?

We have checked that the database connection for FR reports have been configured with the HFM cluster and not pointing to specific server.
