Error in report because of validation in Concurrent program?

Hi Experts,


I want to ask for insights if the reason this report is producing failure is because of the following validation in Concurrent program. Below are set of screenshots to help.

This was the error we're seeing when running the report.

This was the part of the code the failure reason is referring to..

As you can see the result will depend on the status of the request ID if the status will be "Completed" and "Normal".

Am I right that it will depend on the Program "PASGLT" that will be submitted with the argument 3 = "1001"

Looking for that program in EBS apps.. we can see that the parameter 3
