Routine &ROUTINE received a return code of failure

We started getting this error for one of our interfaces. It happens only in PROD and not in any test instance.

This request finished with an error and produced the following completion message: Concurrent Manager encountered an error while attempting to start your immediate concurrent program XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Routine &ROUTINE received a return code of failure.
