Preventive Maintenance Schedule Issue

I have a PM schedule which has a base interval of 4000 with two activities. AU080123/01-02 Activity needs to be maintained every 4000 hours and AU080123/01-03 Activity needs to be maintained 8000 hours.usage rate is 24.

As per the oracle meter calculation i supposed to get  a WO today. Not sure what is sticking out the WO to 2019. Please advise
