9.2 Fat client Loca web issue

Hello,

We have a fat client with 9.2 installed but the local web would not work. When we tried to uninstall Weblogic and reinstall it that goes fine. However when we try to install the webdev feature upon it the install hangs at 48% and the install log says connecting to node manager and does not proceed any further.

Can you please suggest.
