Mass Allocation-Definition of STAT Journal In case of Partial Allocation

Below is the detailed requirement,

Reporting Requirement- At Departmental Level

Scenario: In case of Dept A, we want to allocate only 84% Out of 100% and the remaining 16% should be left in Dept A as un-allocated i.e. Direct Expenses to that Department. In these cases how to define the mass allocation only to consider 84% and 16% should be un-allocated and should be able to report as direct expenses.

One option is define the Dept A as Destination Department for 16%- But in these case the 16% in reporting will come as Allocation In where as it is actual Direct Expenses.
