Commitment/Encumbrance Final Close Automation for Decimal Precision PO

Is there a way to automatically finally close or release the commitment for PO that have a penny ($0.01) commitment due to an invoicing rounding issue?

Example

----------

1. User creates and reserves a PO for $100.

2. Supplier then electronically invoices us for $99.99 due to a decimal precision issue.

3. The PO and award/project then still have this $0.01 commitment.

Users are currently manually Finally closing the PO to get rid of this $0.01. Is there a quicker way to resolve this? Can they me automatically finally closed to release the $0.01?
