I am unable to 'create accounting' for bank account transfers in cash management

Dear All

I am unable to 'create accounting' for bank account transfers in cash management

The error that I receive is as follows

I have already created a bank account transfer

Validated the bank account transfer

Cleared the transaction

Reconcile the transaction in cash management.

I need to create accounting and transfer to GL to update the balances in trial balance.

Can anyone help on this issue.
