Application Diagnostics for Order Management -Sales Order General is working from last 5 days

Hi,

I have run the Application Diagnostics for Order Management application and selected Sales Order General category and ran the request for specific order, it is showing "In Progress" state even after 5 days.

Please provide the solution.
