Shared CafeOne layout works in english only, not in german - JAS errors in logs

- Hi,

we have a situation here where the german users (which are 99%) can't use a shared layout. We copied the Related Information via UO to the *PUBLIC role and everything is working fine on my account (which is set to english; blank works the same).

Changing the language flag while copying doesn't work either.

I found this in my JAS logs for the german users:
