Distribution - JDE1 (MOSC)

We are having an issue with our BF forecast for 2017 due to the last week in 2016 ending 12/31/2016

I believe the 53 weeks has happened in the BF forecast because of this year is a leap year.  Is there a way to adjust this so the weeks comparison for 2016 to 2017 is in alignment?  Any help is appreciated,
