Oracle Weblogic Server (MOSC)

I am deploying a new file on a new managed server, with 2 new datasources.

When I deploy the application, the stage of the application is distribute Initializing.

Activate the change, changes status to Prepared.  So far, good.

Start the application, the status changes to "start Running", Health is OK.

On a refresh, the State goes to Prepared, and I get this message:

weblogic.management.DeploymentException: [Deployer:149003]Unable to access application source information

in '$DOMAIN_HOME/servers/StApi-Srvr/stage/StApi/StApi.war' for application 'StApi'.

The specific error is: [Deployer:149158]No application files exist at '$DOMAIN_HOME/servers/StApi-Srvr/stage/StApi/StApi.war'..
