SR Owner in depot repair form is missing data

Hi All,


We find the Owner field is missing data in some SR headers which are actually created for repair orders in depot repair.

Somehow audit tables or the audit data could not capture the update of owner.


SR# 3-12343469501 & corresponding Bug# 23184413 was already logged but it seems we need to get this audit data captured atleast. Please advise how we can get this data without getting missed. Can this be achieved by updating the file versions to the latest. Uploading the apps check for FS for reference.
