Execute a shceduled task on an event

Hello everyone,

A client is requesting a scheduled task to be modified so it only executes on an event.

This client exports their HFM data to a relational DB twice a week. On Wednesdays and Saturdays a task is executed and data is exported. However, sometimes data is not 100% correct at the time of export.

They want the task to be modified so it's scheduled to be executed ONLY if the consolidation is correct. Is there a way to do that? Can a scheduled task on HFM be executed on an event? Like for example:

  • The consolidation at entity parent level is marked as OK
