Q1. F0005 - the Alias KY is a string of length (10) then why do we are limited to use it as a length of 2 in UDC- 00/TY.

Q2. in my opinion Description 2 is only informational. Please let me know if this is true or does it have any impact anyway in the application. Can I just use it for reference purposes? Just wanted to be sure.

Q3. I know fro some UDC I used KY as a string length of (10) how do I find out which one allows me a string of 10 and some UDC are limited to a length of 2....Please advise.
