In OTM 6.3.1 UPDATING TI/HIGH CONFIGURATION

Situation:

We created a Packaged Item with a Packaging Unit and Transport Handling Unit we previously created in Power Data/Ship Unit Specs.
Then we defined a TI/High for this Packaged Item with this THU and Number of Layers = 3 and Quantity Per Layer = 9

When we generate an Order Release, it takes in consideration this data and builds the ship units accordingly (27 boxes in each)

Update/Change:
Then we updated the TI / High configuration for this same packaged Item (N of Layers = 8, Q per Layer = 9)

Problem/Issue:
