Inventory Optimization not honoring service levels set at item level
When reviewing IO results using the horizontal plan all service level target values are the value specified in the Plan Options. A service level set was associated with the plan and item level values were entered. However these are not honored.
I found a KB article for a similar problem of not honoring service levels at a category level (Doc ID 2008038.l1). Does the patch specified in this document need to be applied for IO to honor service levels at the item level too?
