Please enable the financial structure for this project

Hi All-

New issue that's driving us fairly crazy. In Project Costing, we created a new project template and from that template, a new project. When I tried to charge a requisition to the project, I realized the template didn't have any tasks defined and so the project didn't either. Now when I try to add a task to either that template or to the project, I get a pop up error stating "Please enable the financial structure for this project." I can't find any hits on Oracle Support and this error makes zero sense to me, particularly as we've been transacting
