Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Running Patch Analysis in OAM, the requests that start up mention my patch zip file is OK:

Looking for appropriate patch in the stage directory : /directory/somewhere

Branchline patch p21506230_R12.CLE.B_R12_GENERIC.zip found

The patch p21506230_R12.CLE.B_R12_GENERIC.zip is applicable.

But then, in the result screen, nothing is listed in for Recommended Patches Results and Patches That Introduce Nez Codelevels; but:

The above criteria resulted in no rows

The job itself has status Warning, but other ones have the same status, but do provide Patch Analysis information.

Repeated many times; always same result
