OAM Applied Patches - Completion Date column shows very old date

Hi Experts

Could you please share me your advice on the following issue.

we installed EBSR12.1.1 on 05-NOV-11

System Administrator>Oracle Appliactions Manager

Patching and Utilities

Simple Search

Applied From Date:NULL

To Date:2016/6/29

  Click Go

Then in the result,It list some patches that completion Date show 2006 or 2007

In help page,Regarding Completion Date,there is the following statement.

Completion Date: This is the date and time the patch was applied and completed.

As mentioned before,EBSR12.1.1 is installed on 05-NOV-11,so It's very strange that it shows 2006 or 2007 as Completion Date

Could you please tell me why such data got displayed?
