Agile EC Client (windows platform) for solid edge integration with PLM

I am trying to do integration between Solid Edge and Agile PLM.  We are following the document https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E16856_02/otn/pdf/admin/E16681_02.pdf

In Installing and Configuring SolidWorks Connector, There is an instruction saying "Extract files from EC Client zip file". But when we search for Agile EC Client in oracle edelivery  we are not able to get for windows platform.

Please help me how can I get client for windows platform?

Is there any solution to integrate solid edge with Agile PLM?
