Weblogic 12.1.3.0.0 logs problem

Hi

I have problem with logs rotation, after Weblogic switch  log  from managedserver.out to managedserver.out0001, log files (managedserver.out000*) are still open by running weblogic procces (pid) and filling up my disk space. Now only work truncate those log files or restart server, I can not find how to set weblogic to clear old log files from memory, any suggestion ?
