PEE and PEERMS with different Vdate

Hi,

Can you please share the thoughts on the following scenarios-

a. PEE and PEERMS was not run for consecutive 3 days for some reason.

b. on 4th day PEE is running for longer duration and not getting completed even the load is not so high.

c. Usual run time for PEE is 1 hours. Currently it is running for more than 5-6 hours ,instead of getting completed, batch is getting stuck on merge into rpm_event_itemloc.

As that PEE is not getting completed even, that batch is allowed to run for long window.

To Get the PEE completed successfully Can we take the below approach-
