Can I delete a row from csi_txn_errors? The user doesn't want it processed.

The users did an ADR (Advance Replacement type) order about 6 months ago, in which the users accepted an item back into inventory, and shipped out a replacement product.  The order is closed.  The RMA Receipt part of this transaction is stuck with a material transaction error:

     "This instance (6339138) is owned by party (13936) and cannot be received from party (13575)"

The users have told us, "This failed transaction is preventing us making a subsequent update to an install base record.  From our analysis, this transaction has been created in error and is best removed.  Can you do anything to remove or alter its status so it no longer impedes us?  We do not want the transaction to act upon the install base record if at all possible. "
