User Provision getting lost after restart of EPM services

Gurus,

We are on HFM 11.1.2.4 with all the latest patches installed.

We are facing with a unique issue where our users are losing provision to the HFM application intermittently. We did a little bit of research and found out that it's not only few users that are losing the provision but also the groups.

We recently applied the HFM patch - 23527466 but still see the same issue.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
