Document Category Attachments In R12 Supplier Forms

I see that there are 6 Document Category Attachments In R12 Supplier Forms - what is the table that stores the Category Attachment type and how can I link it to which Supplier Sites those Category's are attached to?


I'm looking to figure out the count of supplier site id's where they have an attachment with a category of "Miscellaneous" on the Supplier Forms.  Any direction/help is appreciated!
