how to migrate historical data OEM 11g to OEM 12c

Hi All

I had OEM 11g with (OMS 11g and OEM repository 11grel2) and I had some historical data I'd like to keep; like the previous months of the historical data relate to Database Space reports Right know I do have OEM 12c (OMS 12c and OEM repository 11grel2)

Could you tell me if there is a way to extract that specific historical data from my old OEM 11g to the new OEM12c I just release it ?
