Getting an Fatal Error - please have your system administrator look at bne.log file - after applying

Hi All,

when we downloaded the GL Template from WEBADI we have encountered an issue AMBIGUOUS NAME DETECTED: BNE_TRACE for excel 2013 and we applied the patch per Metalink Note suggested as below

  : Using excel 2013 to create WebADI document results in error AMBIGUOUS NAME DETECTED: BNE_TRACE (Doc ID 2005225.1)

After we applied the Patch - we have encountered the below issue as in the screen shot ? Does any body have any suggestions ?
