ACA IRS Control Fields in Manifest XML File?

We applied the ESU to fix the name IRS control field tags that were missing in the Form data and Manifest XML files (we are 9.0 tools 9.1.4).  https://support.oracle.com/rs?type=bug&id=23618169Bug 23618169 - ELEMENTS MISSING FOR 1095-C AND 1094-C XML

I deleted and regenerated the XML files and I can now see the BusinessNameControlTxt and PersonNameControlTxt tags in the XML Form Data file (good news) but neither of these 2 new elements showed up in the Manifest file anywhere.....are others getting either or both of those fields in their production manifest file?

Just trying to double check the output before we try to upload because we know it fails if those elements are missing.
