Some users missing granted privileges after upgrade to Oracle 12c

Hi all,

    I don't think I will be able to find an explanation for this but thought I would try.  Since we have moved to Oracle 12c, we have noticed that on 2 occasions, users that had been granted permissions to database objects,  no longer had these permissions.  Wish I could say they were all packages, functions, etc but no, there doesn't seem to be any 'rhyme or reason' to this happening or any commonality with the users.  Has anyone else seen something along these lines?  Its just hard trying to figure out what is causing this.  Nothing in the alert
