Anyone having issues with correct Recharge BU defaulting to Timecard in 8.12?

We are using P051121 Speed Time Entry to do Equipment Work Order Recharge Time. The Business Unit on the Debit side of the transaction should come from the Work Order, but it is coming from the Employee's Home BU. Has anyone else found this to be the case?
