ACA Accepted with Errors: AIRBR1011 Employee Share of Cost Missing

Our production file was accepted with errors.  I found Bug 23704027 for 9.1 which addresses our scenario.  Executives pay zero which shows in the ACA Workbench as .00 but the element MonthlyShareofLowestCostMonthlyPremiumGrp is not included in the Form Data XML.  The IRS instructions say to enter 0.00 and not blank.  Did anyone else get this error and did you have success with manually correcting the XML file?

Because our file was Accepted with Errors, I think we have 60 days to fix this, correct?
