Manually switch VIP commands，The first, two nodes are open, ora.node1.vip on node1  AND ora.node2.vip on node2   What command can make  ora.node1.vip on node2  AND ora.node2.vip on node2 .The whole process of the two nodes are alive.What order is restored to the previous state
