Create multiple response groups with different profiles under Internet SMTP/POP3 driver

Hello Experts,

I want to create multiple response groups with different profiles under Internet SMTP/POP3 communication driver. I did below steps to create Service Request from email. But SR's are not getting created. Please let me know in case if i miss any step..

1. Created profile and response group and submitted the changes from menu.

2. Associated profile to response group added workflow(eMail Response - Process Service Request) and submitted the change.

For the first response group, i can able to create SR from email. Later i created another response group and profile and followed the same steps. But SR's are not getting created and no response.
