Which production i need to choose when i open service request ticket for ASR manager issue?
Hi all,
1.When i open a service request ticket for ASR manager issue. Which production i need to choose in "product" section under software? I can not find the "Oracle ASR" product name in the list.
2.We install the ASR manager and register the all components of exadate, eg infiniteband switch leaf a and b with it. I was working fine for a while.
Now ASR manager stop working. After we send the test trap from ilom of infiniband switch, the following logs are show:
