Adpatch error for patch 21285343 - Connecting to JTF......Unable to connect.

Hi Experts

Could you please share me advice on the following issue.

When customer applying patch 21285343 with adpatch on EBS 12.1.3, it shows the following error in patch log.

    -------------------------

    Starting phase 10 (A10): dat+20

    Connecting to APPS......Connected successfully.

    There are now 3 jobs remaining (current phase=A10):

        0 running, 1 ready to run and 2 waiting.

    Connecting to JTF......Unable to connect.

    AutoPatch error:

    The following ORACLE error:

    ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

    occurred while executing the SQL statement:

    CONNECT JTF/*****

    AutoPatch error:

    Error while evaluating "Check Object"

Had tried to using FNDCPASS change JTF's password by the default value "jtf" ,

then to apply patch again from beginning.
