Unable to import ADS file into EPM architect

I've been struggling with this for a while. Can anyone please try to load this ads file into your EPM architects, if you have a sandbox environment ready. The file is produced by the latest version of DRM, and EPMA version is 11.1.2.4. I am trying to build a POC and this seemingly unsolvable problem is sapping all my energy. I tried many things, debugged EPMA and DRM logs ( to make sure issue is not with DRM export) and still stumped.

I would really appreciate it anyone can shed some light on this.
