Database Upgrade from 11.2.0.3 - 11.2.0.4 hung @ 54% (RAC)

Dear Legends,

We have the following 3 split Environment:

DB - 11.2.0.3 a 2 Node RAC (hawk,phoenix)

GRID - 11.2.0.4

STORAGE - ASM

EBS Apps R12.2.0 on a Separate Node

We are trying to Upgrade the EBS to R12.2.5, so first we are working on the DB Upgrade and applied all required Interoperability Notes patches 1623879.1, then Invoked the "dbua" and it hangs nearly for more than 8 hours or even 12 hours say.

We could see the database being upgraded in 1st NODE (HAWK)

The Upgrade process Hang @ 54% or not sure what it is doing

LOG Location: @ the mentioned log location it doesn't any other information message or not even updating the logs
