Difference between 2109480.1 and 22625677

Hi,

what is the difference between Doc ID 2109480.1 (which is still on the Solaris 11.3 SRU 9.4 issues page) and Bug 22625677 (fixed in Solaris 11.3 SRU 7.6)?
