Why am I always prompted for CRS_HOME?

I use orachk against Multi-node Oracle RAC on RHEL 6.  I always get prompted for CRS_HOME even if I have a variable set like RAT_CRS_HOME. 
The default is always correct and I select Y.   If I set the CRS_HOME variable I am told to unset it.  Is there any way to avoid this prompt?

 

$ORACLE_BASE/tools/ORAchk/12.1.0.2.7/orachk -b

 

CRS stack is running and CRS_HOME is not set. Do you want to set CRS_HOME to /oradba/app/grid/11.2.0.4_a?[y/n][y]
