Decimal value variance in Target hours

Hello People,

I have noticed that there is a decimal value variance in the Target hours between the applications P48315 and P48320. On further technical research we found out that in P48320, the BFSN used, B4803250, rounds off the figure where as the rounding off doesn't happen in P48315.

For example if the Target hours come out to be 412.5, P48320 displays it as 412, where as it is 412.5 in P48315.

Could someone tell me if this is working as intended to? Or if there is a work around?
