Automatic SQL Tuning

Hi,

because of over loading on the database, we've disabled the Automatic SQL Tuning Task. But when I checked the Docs about SQL Tuning task, I've read that its important for SQL Profiles specially when the stmt is hard parsed.

My question, will this affect the performance of the database in thew Future? what would you recommend in this case?
