R9622C uses incorrect tablespace in OEE E1Local after upgrade

Hi,

We did traditional upgrade from PD812 to PD920 last week.

Package assembly, build and deploy completed normally on PD920 and I copied contets of the PD920 to PY920 with P989400.

On the PY920, package build returns errors from JDEBLC to DSTMPL.

Deployment server's jde.log shows the messages below.
