Issues while running ADOP on R12.2.0 after fresh installations.

We have installed R12.2.0 on LINUX 64 bit environment. As per doc 1585857.1 , we have followed all instructions and installed R12.2 , now we are plannig to upgrade it to R12.2.5
We have followed the steps and applied all patches as per Doc ID 1594274.1. Also checked ETCC patches using checkDBpatch.sh and checkMTpatch.sh , PFA logs , no patches are pending now.

As per Task A4, Doc ID 1320300.1 (Section 2) , we are applying the patch
---- Patch 17204589:12.2.0 by merging with Patch 21900871:12.2.0 on the run file system using adop hotpatch mode.

we are getting following error while applying patch.

[applmgr@cvm-928 patch]$ adop phase=apply patches=17204589,21900871 merge=yes hotpatch=yes
