Hi,

after out of place patching (Jan 2016 PSU) we observe below warning in alert after every startup of database. It's 4 nodes cluster on which runs RacOne node db.

WARNING: Total configured nodes: 4, Number of nodes which are up: 1. No processing will happen for nodes which are not up for Automatic Fix Control Persistance.

Do anybody has any idea what could be the cause?
