Planning 11.1.2.4 User interface from workspace appears scrambled for admin user alone

Hi,

The UI for Planning application and calc manager appears scrambled/Unformatted for admin user alone. The same works fine for other users.

We are using EPM system 11.1.2.4. Tried opening in both IE 9 and IE 11. The issue occurs in both the versions. The UI appears as below.

Kindly help by providing suggestions for resolving this issue.
