Production Scheduling Error - Return Code 3004

Hello,

When trying to open PS from EBS via Production Scheduler -> Workbench -> Plans; I'm getting the following error.

When I try these same steps in a colleagues computer and with the same User, this error doesn't appear. Any ideas how to overcome?
