Open Sales ERROR message when I try to make an item INACTIVE even if there is NO open sales order li

Hi all,

I have a query which for I haven't found any solution yet.

Query: We would like to make inactive an item code in the item master in the child organization. (We can do it in the master organization)
We unchecked the Inventory-Check Material Shortage, and updated the status from Active to Inactive.

Error Message: "This field can not be updated as there are Open Sales Order lines"
Actions were taken: I ran the below query which It hasn't found me any Open Sales order lines and also I was checking it through in the app by manually. So, I can say w
