R12 Create Accounting program performance issue

Dear All,

We have around 30 operating units and in each OU CA (Create accounting) program is scheduled to run in DRAFT mode on daily basis and weekly once in Final mode, we have issue with one OU for which it is taking more than 10hrs to complete CA in draft mode or final mode, any suggestions?
