UK PAY: RTI: employee leaving provider but not employer
Hi,
we currently have employees that are moving to a different service provider
What is the best way to move employees to a new provider without terminating their record?
The problem is around RTI data being sent to HMRC saying the employee has left employment when all they have done is move service provider
So the question is what is best practise when this occurs
We can get part of a payroll moving when another part stays behind so not just as easy to suppress RTI for a payroll
Any ideas on what is the best approach
